01/08/2025 -> picking back up the reins of website design to make a project for an upcoming ttrpg game. it's coriolis, which is a system and a world i enjoy, and my group is made up of 3 experienced dms who are all my close friends and i trust to be thoughtful and spontaneous in the right ways. i'm working hard to avoid past gm-ing mistakes and keeping the plot modular, and not getting too ahead of myself or caught up in details that "must" happen a certain way - it should be player driven at the core. i forgot that last time and had a horrible time of it. so a website to introduce robyn to the world and the group as a whole to the plot, framing device, and characters will allow us to get right on with it and hopefully knock this out in like three sessions. who knows, maybe it becomes a campaign? but i CANT get too ambitious right now. thinking on a small scale. trying out nekoweb because they have a higher file size limit but i'm very intimidated by the back end setup, it looks very flash and professional. so i'll be using lots of templates while i get my feet under me.
